- 2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- sprinkle of nutmeg
Directions

1Store pie shell in refrigerator.

2Use double boiler and scald milk.

3While heating the milk, beat with mixer, the eggs until mixed.

4Add other ingredients except vanilla.

5Add to milk, stir and add vanilla.

6Pour into shell.

7Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
