  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked shell
  • nutmeg

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Dash top with nutmeg.

    Bake at 475° for 5 minutes, then at 425° for 10 to 20 minutes, until filling is set.
