  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, if desired
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 uncooked pie shell

    Add next 4 ingredients, then beat in milk.

    Bake first 15 minutes at 450°, next 25 minutes at 350°.
