- 2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1Mix eggs and sugar well.

2Pour in milk and vanilla.

3Mix well. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of pie.

4Bake in 9-inch pie shell in 425° preheated oven for 15 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and bake until set, not firm.

6Overbaking causes filling to separate.
