  • 200 grams Pancake mix
  • 80 grams Yogurt (I use one container of Danone Bio brand)
  • 120 ml Milk or soy milk

Directions

    Combine the yogurt and milk (or soy milk) in a bowl and mix.

    Add the pancake mix and briskly mix.

    Don't over-mix!

    You can leave a few lumps.

    Then all you have to do is make them in a frying pan Be sure not to under-bake them; bake them all the way through!
