   Cut a hole in the middle of your bread ( cookie cutter )

   Put your pan on the stove and turn heat onto medium

   Melt the butter on pan

   Place bread on pan

   Put egg in the hole in your bread

   Put on salt and pepper (optional)

   Flip bread

   Cook and Serve
