- 1 qt. egg nog
- 1/2 c. Bacardi rum (1/4 light, 1/4 dark)
- 1/4 c. applejack brandy
- 1/4 c. whisky
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
- 1/4 (1/2 gal.) vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
Directions

1Freeze egg nog mix.

2Whip and set aside cream.

3Put frozen mix in bowl.

4Break and slice into chunks until soft.

5Use electric mixer, add ice cream and mix until easy.

6Dribble whisky slowly. When all in mix on high 20 to 30 minutes.

7Spoon cream into bowl. Whip 1 1/2 minutes.

8Pour, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
