  • 1/2 c. lean ground pork
  • 1/2 c. chopped tiny shrimp
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 50 pieces egg roll wrappers
  • oil (for deep fat frying)

Directions

    Mix thoroughly all ingredients except for egg roll wrappers and oil for frying.

    Take a heaping tablespoonful and roll in egg roll wrapper.

    Make a long roll about 3/4-inch in diameter.

    Deep fat fry.

    Serve with soy sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
