  • 1 bunch celery
  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 3 lb. green beans
  • 1 bunch carrots
  • 2 cans water chestnuts
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 large onions
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 beaten egg

Directions

    Chop real fine or run ingredients through food processor. Brown meat, all onions and garlic.

    Cook a few minutes.

    Drain. Add salt.

    Roll in skins and seal with beaten egg.
