Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground pork
- 1 whole onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 4 to 5 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 oz. dried mushroom (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. clear dried noodles (called nuen)
- 1 to 2 pkg. egg roll wrappers
- shredded carrots and cabbage (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, excluding wrappers, together.

2Next, separate the wrappers and place them diamond-shaped in front of you.

3Place one spoonful of the meat onto one side of one of the corners.

4Beginning at that corner, fold the wrapper over the meat and roll until you get to the other corner.

5Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.

6Place a couple of rolls in the skillet.

7Put on medium-high heat.

8Fry until golden brown.

9Serve with traditional Vietnamese sauce.
