Ingredients
- 18 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. diced pimiento
- 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 medium onion, minced fine
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Shell eggs and mash.

2Add green pepper, pimiento, celery, parsley and onion.

3Mash cheese; stir in mayonnaise and chili sauce.

4Combine with vegetables and cooled, mashed eggs.

5Season well with salt and pepper.

6Chill 4 hours.
