- 1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- whole wheat bread (100%)
Directions

1Boil eggs for 30 minutes or a little longer on medium-high heat.

2Peel shell away from egg.

3Slice with knife or use an egg slicer to cut eggs in slices (vertical or horizontal).

4Mix diced onions and eggs together with mayonnaise.

5Spread on a good layer of egg salad on bread.

6Cover and cut in half.

7You may garnish with pickles, if you wish.
