- 10 slices white bread
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 2 c. sausage, crabmeat, lobster, bacon, ham or vegetables
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Remove crusts from bread.

3Cut into cubes. Beat eggs; add milk and seasonings.

4Stir in bread, cheese and sausage.

5Pour into oblong 11 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.

6Bake, uncovered, 1 hour or until center is set.

7Serves 10.
