- 34 cup quick-cooking oats
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 12 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1 cup pineapple preserves

1In a processor combine flour, oats, brown sugar; pulse to blend.

2Add butter and extract; pulse until crumbly.

3Remove half the mixture and stir in almonds.

4Preheat oven to 350F.

5Coat a 9-inch square dish with non-stick cooking spray.

6Add the second half of the mixture to the pan, pressing down.
