- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 4 oz. drained water packed white tuna
- 4 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 4 tsp. minced lemon zest
- 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayo
- black pepper
Directions

1Peel eggs; slice lengthwise and discard yolks.

2Mix tuna until finely flaked; add parsley, lemon zest, mayo and pepper.

3Mix well. Fill each egg half with 2 teaspoons tuna mix.

4Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
