Eggless Chocolate Cake

Directions

   Mix together the following ingredients in a 9 x 9-inch pan: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

   Make 3 wells in dry ingredients.

   Into Well #1, add 1/3 cup oil.

   Into Well #2, add 1 tablespoon vinegar.

   Into Well #3, add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

   Over all, pour 1 cup cold water.

   Mix thoroughly in pan.

   Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
