  • 1 c. unsalted butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. almond paste
  • 4 eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Cream eggs, sugar and almond paste.

    Add eggs, flour, lemon zest, almond and vanilla extract.

    Mix well; spread into greased, floured small Bundt pan or loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 60 minutes, depending on size of pan.
