- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 6 qt. milk
- 1 1/2 pt. cream or half and half
- 1 1/2 c. whiskey (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat egg yolks until lemon colored.

2Beat in sugar and salt. Slowly add whiskey, cream, nutmeg and milk.

3Fold in well beaten egg whites.

4Makes 2 gallons.
