- 2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp dried
- Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

1Place a large non-stick skillet over a low heat and when it is hot, add the olive oil.

2Add the garlic and cook until it just begins to turn golden, about 3 minutes.

3Raise the heat to medium, add the tomatoes and cook them until tender, about 5 minutes.

4Add the rosemary and cook about 1 minute.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.
