Eggnog Hot Chocolate

  • 23 cup eggnog
  • 13 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened chocolate, chopped
  • 12 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 18 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 12 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ground cinnamon
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Use a double boiler to melt chopped Unsweetened Baking Chocolate over a medium/low heat.

    Once the Unsweetened Baking Chocolate is completely melted, add Egg Nog and Milk.

    Bring to a simmer (do not boil).

    Whisk in Cocoa Powder, Ground Nutmeg and Vanilla.

    Continue to stir mixture until smooth and heated through.

    Pour the thick mixture in to a mug, garnish, as desired, and serve.
