  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 1 34 cups eggnog
  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 12 cup golden raisin
  • 12 cup chopped pecans

    1.In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients.

    2.In another bowl combine egg, eggnog and oil.

    3.Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

    4.Fold in raisins and pecans.

    5.Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.

    6.Bake at 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
