- 1 egg
- about 10 saltines
- about 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
Directions

1Saute meat with chopped onion; mix with eggplant which has been cooked and drained. Crumble crackers and add to meat mixture along with eggplant. Put in greased casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
