  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 English muffins, toasted
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 8 ounces Galbani(R) Mozzarella FrescaTM, sliced
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 poached eggs
  • 4 tablespoons prepared hollandaise sauce
  • Chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Butter the muffins, top with the fresh basil, add some Galbani(R) Mozzarella Fresca(TM) slices and a slice of tomato. Add the poached egg.

    Drizzle with hollandaise, add some chives, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
