  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 2 c. ham
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • butter
  • 2 doz. eggs
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. Velveeta or American cheese

Directions

    Saute onion, green pepper, ham and mushrooms in butter.

    Beat eggs and milk until frothy, then scramble in butter.

    Mix together scrambled eggs and sauteed ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Add cream of mushroom soup and Velveeta or American cheese.

    Bake in a 225° oven until bubbly and heated through.
