- 8 eggs, mix with 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 10 stuffed green olives, sliced
- 1/2 (9 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips, crushed
- 3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (10 oz.) can chili salsa (green)
Directions

1Scramble eggs (with milk), bell pepper, onion and olives. Have ready crushed chips, cheese and salsa.

2Mix with scrambled eggs 2 minutes, until blended.

3Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Top with pint of sour cream.

5Return to oven to warm.
