- 1 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- 1 slice toasted bread

1Melt margarine in large skillet.

2Drop in unbeaten eggs and cook until whites are partially set.

3Stir until whites are set.

4Salt to taste.

5Remove from stove and add sliced olives.

6Serve on Toast.
