Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, chopped and drained
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 1 c. green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 c. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pkg. frozen green peas, slightly thawed (I use Birds Eye tiny deluxe ones)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise (I use half sour cream)
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 to 10 strips bacon, crumbled
  • sliced, hard-boiled eggs (top with)

    Make in layers as listed.

    Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.

    Can be made in deep bowl or baking dish, not so deep.
