- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Place all ingredients into a medium-size stainless-steel mixing bowl.

4Whisk all the ingredients continuously until the eggs are semi-set in small curds, about 10 minutes.
