  • 1 lb. rotini noodles
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. mustard (prepared)
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 unpeeled cucumber
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook rotini according to package directions.
