- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. sliced green pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt

2Add cabbage, celery, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper.

3Cover and cook vegetables over low heat 10 to 12 minutes, stirring mixture often.
