- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3/4 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- pinch of chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
Directions

1Put flour, sugar and salt into bowl. Cut in butter and shortening. Mix in egg yolk and sprinkle in water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until dough forms a ball.

2Flour board and knead dough until springy for 2 to 3 minutes.

3Divide dough in half and roll each half 1/8 to 1/16-inch thick.

4Cut into 2 1/2-inch rounds.
