- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans Rotel
- 2 pkg. dry enchilada mix
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 1 pkg. grated cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onion and pepper.

3Add soups, Rotel and enchilada mix.

5Stir in crushed tortilla chips.
