- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can green chillies
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
Directions

1Brown beef and onions.

2Add enchilada sauce, soups and chili peppers.

3Cook 15 minutes at low heat.

4Place layer of sauce in casserole; add layer of tortillas and layer of cheese.

5Repeat and end with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
