- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. soft tortillas
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 pt. sour cream
Directions

1Brown meat and chopped onion in skillet and season with salt and pepper.

2Add soup, enchilada sauce and milk.

3Line oblong pan with 1/2 tortilla shells and top with meat mixture and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

5Top with sour cream to serve.
