- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- 2 cans Ranch Style beans
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Directions

1Line large rectangular pan with about 9 tortillas.

2Brown ground beef and onion; add seasonings.

3Pour meat mixture over tortillas.

4Mix together beans with cubed cheese.

5Pour over other mixture.

6Cut remainder of tortillas in strips and place on pie. Mix together Ro-Tel and soup.

7Pour over pie.

8Cook for 30 minutes at 275°, then turn oven down to 250° and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
