- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 to 1 c tomato puree (tomato sauce can be used to make it more pourable)

11. In a large heavy skillet, saute the flour and oil over medium heat for 1 minute.

22. Add herbs, spices, and garlic. Cook for 1 more minute, then add broth, tomato puree and lime juice.
