- 1 onion
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. flour tortillas, quartered
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- refried beans and jalapeno peppers (optional)
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion; drain.

2Combine soup and enchilada sauce.

3Grease a large casserole and layer tortillas and meat mixture.

4Top with cheese.

5Repeat layers until all mixture is used.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
