- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 c. water (warm)
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 lb. hamburger meat, browned
- corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- chopped onion (optional)
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Add flour.

3When mixed well, add water, bouillon cubes, cumin and chili powder.

4Bring to a boil. When bouillon is dissolved, put tortillas in sauce until soft. Add cheese and hamburger meat to edge of tortilla.

5Roll tightly. Repeat until pan is full.

6Pour remaining hamburger meat into sauce and pour over enchiladas.

7Top with remaining cheese.

8Bake for 20 minutes at 300°.
