- 1 pkg. Lawry's enchilada seasoning
- 1 pkg. skinned chicken breast
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 can olives, sliced
- 1 pkg. grated Jack cheese
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
Directions

1Mix onions and cheese.

2Cut up boiled chicken.

3Dip tortillas into enchilada sauce (prepared according to package directions). Fill with chicken, cheese, onions, tomatoes and olives.

4Roll up and put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Pour the remaining sauce over top and sprinkle with grated Jack cheese.

6Cover with foil and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°.
