- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 large pkg. sharp cheese
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) roll chili con carne (from grocer's freezer)
- 1 c. water
- 1 large pkg. white tortilla chips
Directions

1Combine cooked ground

2beef, beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, water and the chili con carne.

3Cook for 15 minutes.

4Put a layer of chips in a long pan.

5Pour half of mixture over chips. Add half the cheese on top.

6Add another layer of chips.

7Put remaining mixture on top.

8Layer the onion, then add the rest of the cheese.

9Bake for 20 minutes at 350° or until the cheese is melted.
