- 3 cans Old El Paso enchilada sauce
- 1 block mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 doz. corn tortillas (Fontoya)
- 1 onion

1Salt bottom of frypan.

2Brown hamburger and drain all grease. Heat 1/2-inch cooking oil until it sizzles.

3Drop corn tortillas, one at a time, into oil (approximately 6 seconds on each side). With tongs, shake off excess oil and place on paper towel to drain excess oil off.
