  • 1 pkg. frozen tortillas (corn or flour)
  • chopped onions
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground round or chuck
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans Hormel chili con carne (no beans)

    Fry meat; drain.

    Add chili con carne; heat thoroughly.

    Warm tortillas as directed on package.

    Onto each tortilla place 1 1/2 tablespoons meat mixture; sprinkle chopped onion and cheese. Roll; place upside down in baking dish, 9

    x 13-inch, greased. Repeat until dish is filled.

    Cover with meat mixture.

    Sprinkle with more onions and cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
