  • 1 c. green chiles, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. fat
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
  • 6 corn tortillas

    Chop chiles. In a frying pan, heat fat; saute onions. Add tomatoes and chiles; simmer 5 minutes. Fry and soften tortillas; roll small amount of cheese (2 teaspoons) in each tortilla. Place rolled tortillas in baking pan, 6 x 8-inches. Pour chili sauce over the tortillas; sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 2.
