  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. crumbled Bleu cheese
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
