  • 8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh or frozen chives, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. almonds, finely chopped and lightly toasted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 medium heads Belgian endive
  • 2 Tbsp. red caviar

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.

    Spread in middle of endive leaves and lightly sprinkle with caviar.
