  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. sugar or less

    Mix well all ingredients in order given (corn bread mix just out of box, do not add to it).
