  • 4 c. white bread cubes
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Trim crusts from bread and cube (about 8 slices).

    Set aside. Beat eggs.

    Add sugar, margarine and milk.

    Stir in pineapple and bread cubes.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
