Ingredients
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 cup green pepper, chopped
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 12 cup water or 12 cup broth, from giblets or 12 cup stock
- 5 cups breadcrumbs
- 5 cups cornbread, crumbled
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 12 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Simmer onion, garlic, green pepper & celery in butter until tender-crisp.

2Add to the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl or small roasting pan, toss lightly, add more water, broth or stock if not moist enough (should be very moist),.

3Cover and place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

4Remove cover & cook for an additional 30 minutes.
