- 5 oz. thinly sliced cooked beef
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 10 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 medium bell peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 2/3 c. fat-free plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. salsa
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Cut beef into 1/2-inch strips.

3Mix beef, lime juice, garlic powder and pepper.

4Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in oven about 15 minutes or until warm.

5Cut bell peppers into strips.

6Cut onion into slices; separate into rings.

7Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray.

8Cook and stir onion in skillet 1 minute.

9Add bell peppers.

10Cook and stir 2 minutes.

11Add beef mixture and beans.

12Cook and stir about 3 minutes or until beans are hot.

13Fill warm tortillas with hot beef mixture.

14Serve with yogurt and salsa.
