  • Ground sirloin for the ground chicken
  • 8 ounces shredded jalapeno Pepper Jack cheese for the Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 bottle Mexican beer
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves (from 5 to 6 sprigs), chopped
